We are currently hiring for:


OFFICE MANAGER posted February 16, 2018


We are hiring for a part time, permanent Office Manager position beginning mid-March.
Approximately 12-20 hours per week.

Hourly rate will be based on experience and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Daily Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Payroll and benefits administration

- General Human Resources services to the team

- Answering enquiries from Clients & Suppliers/Trades

- Other administrative duties and projects as required

Strong MS Office and administrative skills are a must as well as ability to prioritise and multi-task. 
Prior experience with Sage Accounting and construction software & processes are an asset. 

Wages will be based on skills and experience.
